Every brand project is built around giving you clear direction, a professional identity and a system you can actually use.Depending on the package, this can include brand direction, logo design, colour, typography, supporting visual elements, guidelines, templates, final files, handover and rollout support.The Services page shows exactly what is included in Starter and Plus.

Starter Pack is designed to run over around 2 to 3 weeks. Plus Pack is around 4 to 5 weeks.Timing also depends on feedback, approvals and receiving the information needed to keep the project moving. Your schedule will be confirmed before the project begins.After handover, Starter Pack includes 30 days of complimentary brand aftercare, while Plus Pack includes 60 days.

Yes. Not every business needs a rebrand, and sometimes the existing visual identity is not the problem at all.The gap might be messaging, presentations, proposals, templates, sales material, consistency or simply needing an outside perspective on what should change and what should stay.If your existing brand is still working but you need help with new material, updates, consistency or getting design jobs finished properly, Casual Design Support, Custom Work or a Design Subscription may be a better fit.

It is a practical 60 minute one to one session where we take an outside look at your current brand, work out what feels unclear or no longer fits the business and identify what should get attention first.You will leave with clear recommendations, practical next steps and a follow up summary. The investment is $200.You may even leave knowing that a full rebrand isn't the right next step. Then again.... It might just be what the boss ordered.

The payment structure depends on the service. Smaller services, such as Strategy Sessions and Casual Design Support, are generally paid in full.Branding projects are invoiced in stages, with an optional 12 month interest free payment plan available for Starter and Plus Packs, subject to approval. Final brand files are handed over once payment is complete. Your proposal will clearly outline the payment schedule before you commit.For ongoing design support, the 12 month Design Subscription is approx $624.00 per month, excluding GST, billed monthly.

Starter and Plus Packs are both available on a 12-month interest-free payment plan.You'll receive the same agreed branding package and complimentary aftercare, with a more flexible project timeline. Your final brand files are handed over once the balance is paid in full, and you're welcome to pay it off earlier.We'll go through the payment arrangements before you commit.

Your agreed final brand files and documents are organised and handed over once payment is complete, with your usage rights explained clearly so you know what you have and how you can use it.The goal is for you to feel in control of the brand rather than needing to come back to me for every small thing.

No. Ongoing design support is completely optional.You receive your agreed files, documents and usage rights once your project is paid in full, so you can use your brand yourself. If you need professional help later, I’m still here.You can book Casual Design Support as needed or choose a separate 12-month Design Subscription for regular creative help. You decide what works best for your business.

The Design Subscription gives you up to 8 hours of professional design support each month for approx $624.00, under a 12-month agreement.It's ideal for businesses needing regular help with graphic design, branding and other everyday design jobs, without hiring someone full-time.It's separate from Starter and Plus Packs, so you don't need to purchase a branding package to subscribe. Additional work can be discussed and quoted separately.Design requests are submitted directly to me, and I'll keep track of the hours used so you know how much support you have remaining each month. Unused hours don't roll over to the following month, and any work exceeding your monthly allowance can be discussed and quoted separately.All work is scheduled according to availability and agreed deadlines, with the full terms outlined in your subscription agreement.

You get the files, guidance and control you need for the everyday work, with professional design support there when something bigger or more important comes up.And working with a designer shouldn’t create more friction.
